Return Policy

- Terms and Services apply when items are ordered. Please read the terms and services so that you understand the agreement.

                   Refund/cancellation policy - Refunds are eligible if the product has not been shipped with a tracking number within 15 business days after purchase for all products excluding the custom-made badge reader. For custom-made badge readers, refunds are eligible within 45 business days. Return policy within 20 business days after receiving your order for a 100% refund. You can cancel your order at any time before receiving a shipping tracking number for your hardware. For the software, we require a minimum of a 1-year cloud service agreement each year and are eligible for cancellation any time before the end of the year. Refunds are not granted unless the cloud software was nonfunctioning for more than 30 days and/or if the data received from the hardware has been corrupted or permanently missing. All refunds, if eligible, are granted in the same manner as our company received payment (i.e. if you paid with a card then we will refund to that same card). If your system is nonfunctioning within 5 business days after delivery or is damaged in transit then you may be eligible for either an entire or partial replacement, depending on the recommendation from our tech support team. If you are not satisfied with the recommendation from our tech support team, then please reach out to sales so that we can help explain or make the situation reasonably whole. Returning product is in the responsibility of the customer to safely return equipment. If a product is returned in a condition that is significantly or partially worse than before returning, you agree to pay for the full cost of damage.

                   Fulfillment/shipping policy - Once purchased, our team will begin placing the order and will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with the status of the estimated time for shipment. We will send you an email update every 2-3 business days about the status of your order. Prior to 20 business days, you will receive an email with the confirmation and tracking number. Within this time, we recommend that you plan to hire a certified electrician or similar to install your equipment once delivered. Regarding software, the initial email that we send out will request company information from you to fill out so that our team can set up your account. You should be able to log into your account within 1-2 business days after purchasing. Once the product has been delivered and installed, please reach out to our tech support team to confirm that your account connects to your system.
